DELETE ACCOUNT
Request deletion of your SvasthHub account.
You can start deletion inside the SvasthHub app or contact our grievance team. Identity verification is required to prevent another person deleting your account.
Option 1 — From the app
Open Account → Privacy & data → Delete account. Review the effect, verify your identity and confirm the request.
Option 2 — Email request
Email founder@privamsolutions.in from your registered email address with the subject “SvasthHub account deletion request”. Include only your registered mobile number or email—do not email medical reports, passwords or OTPs.
What is deleted
Eligible profile data, preferences, saved device tokens and patient-created information that is not subject to a lawful retention requirement will be deleted or irreversibly de-identified.
What may be retained
Limited medical, prescription, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute or audit records may be retained when required by law or a healthcare provider’s professional obligation. Access will be restricted and the record deleted or de-identified when the applicable period ends.
Processing and confirmation
After identity verification, we will acknowledge the request, explain any necessary retention and complete eligible deletion within the period required by applicable law. You will receive confirmation through your registered contact channel.
